About me….

I operate my bookkeeping business from my home. It allows me to stay present and be there when you need answers. I’m also able to take care of things that are personally important to me.

I received an Associates degree in Accounting at Peirce Junior College in Philadelphia in 1984. Upon graduation I decided that I’d like to continue my education. I transferred my classes and graduated in 1986 with a Bachelors in Accounting from Philadelphia College of Textile and Sciences. I moved back home to Owls Head, where I worked in various accounting positions while building up my bookkeeping business. In 1998 and 2002 I was blessed with two sons. My focus was on them, so my bookkeeping business was put on hold for awhile. Several years ago I decided to reopen my business.

In 1995 I moved a few miles from Owls Head to South Thomaston, where I still live on the Weskeag Marsh. The marsh’s preservation has become a passion of mine. It’s a very delicate ecosystem which I am in awe of. To watch the extreme tides in spring and fall coincide with bird migration or to watch the various animals, birds and insects which inhabit it is a true honor. Mother nature is spectacular. I am currently working on a page with photos of the Marsh. I hope you check it out and enjoy it. I will also be putting up a blog page.
